FREEFORM Concrete FORM WORK

Our CNC Capabilities and machining expertise allow us to fabricate complex freeform concrete formwork moulds, in both reusable and sacrificial forms. EPS formwork is significantly lighter and easier to handle than traditional ply formwork, reducing transport and site costs.

Our extensive experience with EPS polystyrene extends to coating and finishing of EPS moulds to produce high quality off-form finishes that require minimal manual finishing on site. We have experience producing Class 1 finishes from fibreglass moulds, and an extensive range of Class 2 and 3 finishing options for cost-effective and lightweight moulds that can be produced at scale.
