3D Signage

KABER produces custom signage and dimensional features using a wide range of materials, including expanded polystyrene (EPS), polyurethane modelling and tooling boards (RenShape® / Ureol®), timber, and metal. Our workshop is equipped with 3 and 5-axis CNC foam cutting machines and 2-axis CNC hot-wire technology, enabling the production of highly intricate and precise forms.

By machining polystyrene foam and other soft materials, we can create virtually any shape or scale—from simple lettering and wayfinding elements to large-scale architectural and sculptural forms.

We design and fabricate bespoke signage for trade shows, stage productions, window displays, weddings and celebrations, corporate events, concerts, and experiential installations. Finished pieces can be supplied in a variety of treatments, including automotive-grade paint, vinyl graphics, or custom textured and artistic finishes.
