Polystyrene

Our Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam capablities have a wide range of applications across many industries. Composite patterns, sculptural machining, concrete void formers and many more.

Polyurethane

We have extensive experience with a variety of polyurethane foams and boards. From low density refrigeration insulation grade PU to high density tooling board (Ureol or Renshape).

Applications include composite cores used in resin transfer moulding (RTM), concrete patterns, refrigeration insulation and more.

Flexible Foams

Soft foam machining for custom packaging or prototype applications.

CNC milling can produce geometry not suited to die cutting. We can produce pockets for component recesses as well as standard profile cut shapes.
